We had a wonderful time at Captains Retreat Apartments. The service was incredible and the place was beautiful, clean, and warm. The gas fire and big bath were real treats. The host, Jessie, was friendly and shared interesting stories about the history of the place. The location was amazing, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartment had stunning sea views and all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Captains Retreat in Williamstown. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and full of charm, with a cozy gas log fire. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even giving us a lift to a nearby wedding. It was a wonderful experience overall and we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at this cozy retreat in the heart of town. The apartment we stayed in had breathtaking seaviews from the balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom. It was a character property with all the necessary amenities and more. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

The apartment lacked atmosphere and was poorly furnished. The sea views were only visible from a small balcony or one of the side windows in one of the bedrooms.

The location of this B&B is great, with the beach and shops just a short walk away. It's also in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Plus, the market and train station are conveniently close. The room was beautifully decorated and had attention to detail for comfort. The service was warm and helpful. The breakfast provided was a nice surprise and the view of the yacht club was lovely.

The location of this place was fantastic, right by the waterfront and with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The furnishings in the room were lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable, even more so than my own bed at home. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and generous in portion size. It was a great way to start the day. Plus, the private deck area with city glimpses was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying breakfast or just relaxing.

The bathroom in the room I stayed in was quite cramped. The vanity plumbing was positioned in such a way that it hit my legs whenever I used the toilet.

The apartments were beyond our expectation! We were offered a free upgrade to a better apartment upon arrival. The cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a big bathroom were perfect for our weekend getaway. The electric blanket and heating in the bedroom were a plus for the chilly nights. The sea view from the long balcony was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The cleaners could improve their level of cleanliness.
